This is my second time here at 娟东记 located at Aperia Mall in Lavender. They have both ala carte and buffet ($21.80++ per adult pax) menu which offers a wide selection of food. Drinks are free flow and the meat are fresh esp the prawns and pork. Individual steamboat bowl would be served, which comes with a soup base of your choice.
Good for a rainy day meal if you are craving for a Chinese-style steamboat buffet at a budget price.
They have 2 different set meal (either brown rice or spaghetti) on that day we had our lunch. Heard from colleagues that the menu changes every day they do not really use flour in their vegetarian recipes. This is a good choice for health conscious individuals who are also vegetarian. This brown rice meal was filling for lunch and it doesn't feel too oily. Food priced at $7.
