Recommended by the waiter, $15 for small serving. It's like any zichar kinda Gulao or known as sweet and sour pork except it is served on ice cubes with some cocktail fruits. They used pork belly, texture is soft not to chewy, no flour overload, and taste wise is just nice.

Dean's specialty is this Chinese-style preserved turnip (preserved/salted radish) omelette horfun or better known as chai po horfun. This humble, dish at home is made special when fried with horfun, which i hope they could be more generous with the chai po.
