One of the best new (its not just normal salt and pepper style) dishes I've tried in recent times in this restaurant and across board. Michelin star crystal jade palace well done for innovating (and not for the sake of making food look pretty)!

High class egg! Starter dish at 1 month old food stall in Essen western food court. Comes w enoki mushroom and mash and heavenly goodness...Must try!
