Ordered the original tonkotsu broth and a choice of Hard noodles. It includes 2 pork belly, 2 pork cube, seaweed & 1/2 egg. Suntory Permium Malts [$11].
Overall of the food is nice but kinda disappointed with the 1/2 egg & seaweed. I was expecting whole big pieces of seaweed surrounding half of my bowl & why 1/2 egg? ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
