I call this the salad place that puts in a lot of effort. I love how some of the veggies are cooked and seasoned first, which makes this salad a more satisfying meal compared to others, as it has more variety of flavours and is a warm meal! My favourite supplement would be the asparagus - not only is it a rare find for salad places, it is nicely seasoned and sautéed to softness.

Overall $12 for 1 protein, 1 carb, 3 supplements, 1 topping and sauce, it's a good deal as servings are generous and it is a very satisfying salad to have.

The grilled chicken was one of the more well seasoned ones out there! The salad leaves were just nicely coated with the right amount of Japanese sesame dressing. The shredded carrot added a nice touch of sweetness and texture. The avocado cannot be seen in the picture, but I was pleasantly surprised as well to find it under the egg! It was creamy and perfect, unlike many salad places where their avocado can be slightly unripe and tough. Overall I loved everything. The balance of flavour was good, and the dressing was subtle and complemented the dish rather than overpower it.

One of the few places that does their chicken breast super well. It was nothing like the dry, tasteless, powdery stuff you get at normal salad bars. This chicken breast was so flavourful and JUICY! If all chicken breast tasted like this I would have it over fried chicken anytime, seriously.

For 1 protein + 1 carb + 3 toppings it was a pretty good deal as they were generous with the portions! My only regret would be taking so long to finally give this place a try.

6 main feeds, 2 supplementary feeds and 1 prime feed left me super filled up and satisfied after a lunch recharge. Definitely would recommend the roasted pumpkin and croutons!
