Seeking Spanish

Fancy a drink but you're really a dessert kinda person? This adorable looking sorbet was a great way to end a meal with its refreshing flavours and boozy kick.
Made to look like a lime, the green layer on the outside hides the light but iconic flavours of the G&T.

Spanish food might not be the most common here, but a reliable place I always hear suggested to get a good meal of it is FOC! 🔥

One of the starters we got was this. A dish of rough, scrambled eggs, chorizo and potatoes – seemingly simple enough but dam did I love the way those potatoes were done! It was awesomely crisp (might have been layered and fried?) but still had a depth of bite to it, perfect with the saucy combi of egg and sausage. This is the kinda thing I want to wake up to after a hangover. 😂

Thick, charred scallops, tender pork and puffy, sticky grains made for a delightful paella. 🥘 Really wished for more (it's a really thin layer) but at that price, we weren't complaining. Great vibes and a chill atmosphere – perfect after a day of roaming Orchard.
