It's so creamy, not overly sweet and leaves a slight bitter taste!

The staff used two big scoops of matcha powder and brewed it in a traditional way using bamboo whisk. Such a delight witnessing how it was made 😍

Served warm, the centre is not as 'molten' but not completely solid either. ❤ that the chocolate is so rich! The matcha soft serve is also pretty decent.

What are some other must-visit places to get lava cake? I'd love to know!
