Checked out a Mala soup outlet over the weekend. I have the Mala version which was drinkable without feeling overwhelmed. The tomato version was a hit as it was very rich and thick.

Boat Noodle Pork (S$6)
The broth was slightly more salty than preferred. Wished the noodles was cooked slightly longer.

Both dishes were similar except one got dumplings. Noodles was too bland. The grilled pork was quite fatty.

My order was missing when I went to collect from the host. End up my order was delivered to me with a Devil cake to compensate for the missed order.
Interesting there’s custard and slices of peach in Peach Custard Muffin. The yuzu one has cream cheese core with a slice of yuzu in it. The banana one has chocolate core.

Crispy chicken 🐓 drenched in thick salted egg 🥚 yolk gravy.
Looked not bad. Would be better if less heavy handed on the seasoning.
