Mac ‘n’ cheese is everybody’s classic comfort food and turning them into crunchy breadcrumb coated croquettes takes it to another level of deliciousness. Served with mushroom, rocket, and pepper chutney.

So good that if I ever got choke from eating this, I would die in peace. I don’t mind getting choke by ‘chooked’. Sesame pan fried marinated chicken served with crispy kale and corn kernels served on a bed of potato pancake, topped with a cooked to perfection gooey poached egg drizzled with hollandaise and sriracha sauce. The potato pancake has a good kick of spiciness to it which bring this dish to a whole new level.

It is a treat to start the day with a thing of beauty. Pan fried homecured salmon steak atop a crisp potato rosti with wilted Australian spinach on its side, topped with a poached egg, blanketed over by seaweed infused hollandaise sauce that cuts the heaviness of this dish ever so slightly. The pleasure of watching the golden yolk spill under my fork never grows old. RM27
