The signature kamameshi which is a traditional Japanese rice dish cooked in an iron pot, served with a broth (made from bonito and kelp stock here), which you can pour in to mix with your rice for an additional layer of experience. What's special about the kamameshi here is that they use 100% short-grain rice, imported from Japan, and the rice has underwent a delicate process of steaming and flavouring with mushrooms, chestnut, konjak, carrot, lotus root and shredded egg. Pictured is the Seafood Mix Kamameshi ($23.80) which comes with grilled unagi, scallop, salmon and salmon roe.
