The Marshmallow Duo is one of Quinary signature drinks which feature a slow-cooked marshmallow milkshake, cream, egg white and Absolut Vanilla vodka as alcohol. The texture is very rich and creamy, but contains a subtle trace of vodka. Some might not understand it strong with that alcohol kick, but I liked it because it was a nice blend with all the other ingredients that make up this concoction. It is a fairly creative drink, but one that packs a punch in flavour. When coupled with the age-old Manhattan-infused Vodka, it is just an impeccable match. The marshmallow is torched which changes the texture of the marshmallow, but the alcohol infusion was a rare treat for me
