Mushrooms are from Kin Yan farm apparently and they are very delicious. I liked how the eggs were "planted" nicely into the sourdough bread (and it's sourdough!! which i absolutely love) such that it doesn't wobble off and seeps into the bread nicely when cut. Overall i love how the flavours come together especially with the herbs. I would have liked it if the mushrooms were a bit fatter instead of being sliced so thin, so that the texture becomes more satisfying.
A giant mushroom, topped with mozzarella and tomato basil sauce. It's a very good combination, really tasty and juicy. Tried other dishes too, like the Moussaka, Vegetable Tandoori.... I can just say that they do a very good job of grilling the vegetables, so flavourful and you can tell that they put a lot of thought into creating the right sauces. Quite a bit of creativity too :)
It's not easy being vegetarian, but I don't mind living a life like this if I get to eat dishes like this everyday! Lady fingers, long beans and eggplants drowned in a generous serving of sambal sauce, it was a winner for my family. The sauce contained multiple spices and herbs and it does deliver the Thai Peranakan style as promised! However, do take note that the prices are pretty high for this restaurant in general.
