Lightly toasted and generously buttered, the bagel is considered quite good! Pairing watercress and salmon sure seems weird but together with the smoked salmon, dill & shallot salsa, this is an explosion of good flavours. Would come back for this! Never have i tasted such rubbery pancakes. Served piping hot how can it still taste so bad? The only thing i could accept was the berries.
