There's this particular edge+heat to it, which I imagine is from sake in the sauce, otherwise the chives that I didn't really enjoy
This was garlicky and pretty decent
The sauce and toppings were super weak, which was great because the quality of the seafood was excellent. The dill worked well, although it's not high quality so there's a bit of edge
The Argentinian langoustines themselves had an excellent texture, kind of like amaebi actually. Head was nice too, no bitterness at all, so you can be sure it's very fresh stuff

It's got the right texture for grilled, it's not the super melt in your mouth kind. Tender enough with an appropriate chew.
The onion sauce and minced onions made it taste a little like fast food tho in terms of the flavour combi.
Thankfully the seasoning was not too strong and you can taste the meat itself
This was pretty good.
Theirs is a very unique version. It's just sous vide octopus w dollop of wasabi. Thankfully the texture of the octopus was quite good, tender enough with good bite. I didn't like the marinated celery? Cos of the sake in the marinade.
For this price it's quite worth, 6 good chunks of octopus
Passable execution
The rice when cold is seriously damn bad. Tamago didn't taste like much either
The crab tofu impressed, crab was well salted which brought out intense umami, and the goma sauce worked as a whole
Miso soup was weird
Tamagoyaki was tasteless
Kimchi was mild as well, probably in line with what you expect given the dainty clientele
Rice was good, although not very grainy. I suspect the original one would have tasted similar
Salmon was quite good. The skin was crispy, although mike's better (parallel slashes would render the fats and crisp up the skin better). Good hearty chunk, and the meat was crisped up too(however it dissipates quite fast)
Unfortunately the salmon was served very hot
All in all pretty decent for the price
The meat was firm in the wrong way, airy crispy skin but too much bite. Lacks brining as well

It's a very mild very plain side, the mushroom earthiness edge is present, could do with abit more umami
It's not worth it at all. The right one is free flow, the left one is ubiquitous and tasteless. Top is dry and hard, and still so after soaking in soup
