Relatively affordable set lunches which comes with a salad/soup of the day and honey lemon.

Servings are huge so the set lunch would’ve been great to share among small eaters.

Famed for their curry fish head originating from Raub, this branch doesn’t disappoint. Quality of food is well maintained and they even sell packets of curry pastes for convenient cooking.

Typical HK style porridge, consists of crabmeat stick, seaweed, groundnuts topped with slices of ginger. Add a dash of sesame oil to enhance the flavour. Don't be fooled by the name of the shop, they also serve noodles and ala carte dishes!

A hidden bento gem, RM28 for this garlic rice and assorted tempura bento. The fragrant garlic rice was topped with fried garlic flakes, adding some crunch to it. The tempura portion was huge, comprised of sweet and tender prawns, fine beans, pumpkin and aubergine in a light batter, good enough to eat without the full-flavoured tentsuyu. Can't wait to try the other bentos!

You've just gotta try everything on the menu! Especially the prathas, lamb cutlets, sambal sotong, curry fish! It's also one of the rare places that serves fresh cow's milk.
