Dim Sum buffet at The Fullerton Hotel.
Pretty fine food but nothing here really stood out as exceptionally good for me. The standard of the food here is good but none of the dishes really screams for me to come back.
Some dishes sounded really extravagant (e.g. braised bird nest with truffle eggwhite in superior broth) but was gimmicky at best.
