Best charcuterie I've had, featuring creations by Dumè Cesari of Corsica. The copa is hung & cured for more than 90 days at least.
The assam crab waffles sound so weird we just had to try it. Surprisingly it works! Even the skeptic in our group was won over. The sauce is like a tamarind marmalade I want to bring home in a bottle & slather on toasts. For $18, I wish there were more crab meats though.
