Salmon Gratin($14.90)
Mix of pastas coated in a cheesy, ooey-gooey sauce, and oven-baked till slightly golden brown. The ingredients of salmon and basil leaves were generous. Well-balanced dish:)

Another Xmas special priced at $15. Comfort food, with the macaroni blanketed in ooey-gooey cheese. Thick chunks of lobster were also nestled within. They could have used more cheeses though, but overall not too bad.

Agnolotti filled with generous creamy butternut squash, served in a butter emulsion with earthy mushrooms. The butternut was delicious, but after awhile got boring as it was just dumpling after dumpling. Some agnolotti(looks like ravioli to me) ends were a tad bit hard as well. But the dish was well-balanced and wholesome.
