Finally I can make it soft and fluffy
After work, I rushed home to cook for my family. This steamed fish is simple but I love its natural sweetness from fresh fish bought at wet market. Just need ginger, spring onion, light soy sauce, bit of oyster sauce and very hot oil to pour after steaming it for 15 mins.
