This dish really showcases the skill of the Italian chef to adapt an Italian dish to local tastes with the addition of the chilli to boost the spiciness level. This is a solid dish with an exquisite oriental taste and coupled with the al dente pasta, this is very delicious! 😚👍

The seafood linguini (linguine) comes with a generous amount of scallops, shrimps, squids, clams, olives and topped with Crustacean sauce. We loved it! 😚😚😚

😀 They are their USA New York Striploin, Tenderloin and Australian Rib-Eye steaks. The medium-rare steaks have the juiciness and tenderness near to perfect! 😋 I have to say the steaks here at @interconsin are tastier than those at some of the famous steak restaurants. 👍😊

The salted egg dip was a nice touch and it went really well with the soft shell crab. If you are a soft shell crab lover this is a must try!
