If you ever get tired of the Chinatown soya sauce chicken (but really?), or you just don't want to queue, here's a hidden gem — a giant platter of duck meat, pig skin, pig intestines, gizzard, tau kwa, cucumber, all soaked in that soya sauce goodness. For $15!! Good for 4 (unless you inhale meat like me), and you should have it with their porridge too.
