Flavors of Israel
My all-time favorite pasta from Ha'Pizza. Love the chives and pine nuts. Simple, fresh, and just need a pinch of salt to elevate the flavor.
Tomato based pizza with olives, parmesan and a plantation of arugula.
Ha'Pizza is one of the best Italian joints in Tel Aviv. Their pizzas are made to order and baked in a brick oven. The tomato-less pizza with mozzarella, feta and parmesan cheeses wasn't too jelat shared among a few people.
The salad was dressed with balsamic vinaigrette and topped with pine nuts, pistachios and pecans. The best salad I've ever had.
Angelica is a kosher restaurant in Jerusalem. I'll never forget the risotto's smoothness, and it was naturally sweetened with sweet potato purée.
Salad of French beans, mushrooms, fried cheese and teriyaki sauce.
Breakfast of salad, roasted capsicums and sweet potato, tuna chunks and mozzarella cheese.
The salads in Israel are super fresh, super healthy.
Hummus is mashed chickpeas with olive oil and garlic which goes very well with bread.
Schnitzel in the form of chicken is common in Israel, however it tends to be drier as the breast part is used.
