Hand stretched noodles sprinkled with spring onions, dried chilli powder, bell peppers and mashed garlic. The final procedure is the pouring of boiling oil on top all those seasonings, "sizzling sizzling", driving out the luring aroma of all the spices. Hence the name, ζ²Ήζ³Όζ―ι’ (Stretched noodles with boiling oil poured all over). The best part? It's only $5.80!!! Well I'm on the treadmill, drooling while writing this post. I'm gonna go get a bowl of this RIGHT NOWπ
