La Rose -grand cru chocolate mousse, exotic caramel, almond nougatine, cocoa sponge, grand marnier, dark chocolate Chantilly.. Obviously, this dessert looks very pretty. Taste very light, but no rose flavour anywhere to be found #logic, not much texture.

Superlova - rose petal mousse, rose finger sponge, yuzu cream, raspberry jelly, lychee, rose petal meringue, raspberry cavier, rose macaron, raspberry crumble, raspberry marshmallow.. If you super love pink, rose, red berries and macarons you will like this.

Fluffy is a dreamy juxtaposition of vanilla white chocolate mousse, passionfruit lemon jelly, strawberry crémeux, almond genoise, kirsch syrup. Light and fluffy indeed. Not much textures.

Mont Blanc - almond tart, vanilla crème chantilly, marron glacés, chestnut cream. A Mont blanc for me anyday can’t go wrong.

Charlotte IV - white chocolate violet flower mousse, cassis strawberry jelly, strawberry cremeux, finger sponge, almond crumble. This is my favourite dessert here, love he flora notes, light texture, acidity.
