Noodles

I like how the prawns are peeled and noodles cut to shorter strands for easier consumption. Pretty good rendition of the wet version of hokkien mees, pity there isn't more wok hei.

No wonder this is on Burpple's Hot 100 2018. Simply top notch; meatballs were fresh and bouncy plus the chilli added so much flavour to the entire dish. You can also see the staff making the noodles in the open. Will definitely be back for more! 😋

Value for money find. The meatballs were really fresh, springy and tasty. Will make sure to try the mee tai mak option next time. Highly recommend! 😋

This might just rank at the top of my sliced fish soup list. Soup was fantastic as it perfectly blends sweetness and saltiness. Fishes were fresh and served in decent amount. The dish is completed with toppings of fragrant fried eggs. Highly recommended! 😋

Everything here was on point. Mee pok was well cooked and saucy with vinegar and chilli. But the star of the show (chicken) was consistently good as the meat was juicy and tender. A perfect lunch I would say! 😋

You get 3 huge prawns in a separate bowl and another bowl of your choice of noodles (dry/soup)..

Appreciate that the prawns were half peeled and fresh but they weren't as juicy as I expected. Noodles were topped with a lot of pork lard as you can probably see from the photo. They were springy but nothing amazing and can be found in your neighbourhood hawker stalls too.

Definitely above average. But not worth the $20 if you ask me. I would take Old Airport Road's anytime over this.

So so good. The soup here is the key to an exceptional bowl of mee soto as it is extremely flavourful. The chilli is so intense too that it's begging to be eaten. Remember to go with a bergedil. MUST EAT. 😋

Current prices are S - $7, M - $9, Special - $13. The small bowl is sufficient for an average Singaporean male but you won't go wrong too for getting bigger portions. Highly recommend. 😋

Decent bowl of ytf with hakka noodles at above average price, will try the laksa next time!

Paprika aside, this is a really awesome bowl of its kind. The soup itself is super flavourful and fragrant. I would ditch my favourite dry combo next time and have the soup version instead. Highly recommend. 😋

This might look like an unassuming bowl of pho but one can so wrong to judge it like that. Extremely tasty soup combined with springy noodles. Highly recommend. 😋

First time trying this place after colleagues mentioned that it's good. Noodles are springy and the meats are marinated well. Not bad.
