First time trying home made beef and mushroom Udon. Tastes like what you can get in restaurants. The broth is really good. Two thumbs up!

What to do with a piece of leftover steak in the fridge? Fry it 1 min on each side and put in the oven at 160 degrees for 5 mins. Top on fluffy Japanese rice with leeks and shitake. There you have it, gyu don!
