For this dish you can choose to go spicier than what they served and I should have asked for the spicier version! The bird chilli taste isn't strong at all, and it was just slightly spicy, perhaps to fit the average palate here. It is my first few times tasting a proper duck dish (apart from duck satay) and must say i like the texture!
