A very crispy plain prata from Master Prata. The taste is very unique; tastes a little like a croissant. A little milky. A little salty. A little sweet. It's nice on its own but does not go so well curry. So, though special, I prefer the traditional taste but love it's crispiness. The fish curry that came along with it is very good, one of the best I've had.
