Fine Dining

Had a romantic dinner at the Michelin one star restaurant. Cuisine served was a fusion of Western and Asian elements elegantly presented in a classy setting. We tired the trout and steak as our entree and were left satisfied with the quality on our plate. Both entrees were served with chutneys that tingle our taste buds. They were placed over opeh leaves that brought fried hokkien mee to memory which had the Asian touch. The fish and meat were perfectly grilled with moisture retained and those beautiful grill marks were a sight to behold. Service is not too bad and one should not miss the soufflé for dessert.
