Consist of three types of salmon; sashimi.aburi.seasoned, covering the signature rice. Sort of heaven for salmon fanatics. Every pieces were fresh and the ikura adds more dimension of flavour to the overall taste. Room for improvement might be the proportion of rice to the salmon. It is way too much rice for such little toppings. And hot rice might suits well instead of cold.

Overall, it’s not worth for another visit. Curry was overly salted and spiced and very little toppings. The Lava omelette was the only saviour!

The MOST expensive eggs i’ve ever eaten. Scrambled eggs were fluffy and incredibly creamy with a prominent buttery taste. Accompanied with a properly toasted bread, it was amazing. The sad thing was that the uni was not fresh at all. It was very ‘fishy’ and destroys the flavour of the eggs if eaten with it.
Fyi, this cost 40 bucks.

Despite its name, it does not taste heavy at all. The guanchille crisp provides saltiness and the yolk adds that extra creaminess.

The most amazing pasta i’ve tasted in singapore! Truffle taste were legitimate with generous shavings of white truffle. It is on the pricey side but worth the try!

Fluffy waffles with crispy exterior. Ice cream has an intense vanilla flavour although it was too sweet. The waffle has the doughy taste as well.

Loves the creamy mushroom and a very silky scrambled eggs. However the eggs need seasoning. Nontheless, loves this dish!
