Always a delight to have some keisuke ramen, especially Crab stock ramen! rich amazing broth to excite your taste buds!
Ramen Keisuke Tonkotsu King Four Seasons, located at Bugis village, just along the stretch of KFC and Xcape. Awesome decor, with four season as their theme, feel free to take a seat or your favourite season, though it doesn’t matter for me since I just want to have decent Ramen :p. Ramen is also prepared in a seasonal fashion, with Summer making it more spicy,
Autumn includes three varieties of mushrooms, a sign of abundance during this season, Spring includes basil and cheese, with a feel of plants blooming.
Last but not least, Winter, the least changes made to this Ramen, safe for foodies who wants to go classic like me!
Above is a bowl of Winter ramen, a huge slice of Chashu, accompanied by mushrooms, green onions and flavoured egg which costs 14.90 and 12.90 without egg.
Bowls are served differently as well, depending on the season you ordered.
Bearing in mind the broth here is boiled for a longer period of time, the broth is slightly thicker. Still, it is to my liking and they provide comprehensive order chits for ease or ordering and efficiency.
