Jin Dian Kitchen - Delicious Zi Char

Just tried out this newly opened Zi Char place in the Upper Serangoon area! (Lorong Lew Lian) It is located in Food Park in the HDB block, and the food is seriously very well done. Seen here is the Creamy Sands Crab and Salted Egg Crab. Firstly the presentation of the crab is nicely done with care. Next, I find the flavours of the crabs unique - heard that they added Wasabi into the Creamy sands sauce which gives it a nice kick! Don't forget to accompany the crabs with deep fried mantou.
