Genki Sushi is the new Sushi Express. The prices are slightly higher here, but everything is fresher since they are not just sitting around on a conveyer belt.

Never had Vermicelli Roll with Rendang in it before. Had the beef version, and it tasted pretty decent. Glad that they served the soy sauce separately because it didn't really go well with the rendang. (Rating:😀)
