How about a Turkish brunch? Crisp, home made pide bread made fragrant with sesame seeds, and a classic sucuk of meaty, garlic beef sausage, eggs, and cheese!
Just like eating a breakfast pizza!
At the corner of Arab Street and Beach Road sits this kebab place all done up in blue and white. Having heard mixed reviews, I wasn't sure how my kebab was going to turn out, so to be safe, I stayed away from the red meats (the feedback was that they're on the dry side). Instead, I ordered the hummus and chicken shawarma. I know it doesn't look like much in my pic but it's really yummy. Firstly, the creamy hummus and grilled chicken were splendid together. Secondly, it was such a big bolster, thanks partly to the plentiful shredded veg (cabbage, lettuce, onions, tomatoes and jalapeños) in there. I was sated to say the least.
My favourite indian restaurant that serves authentic vegetarian indian cuisine at affordable prices. Ordered both chapati and naan to dip in different creamy gravy. My favourite was the chicken kurma (vegetarian chicken cooked in cream), rich flavours but not to the point where it gets too creamy towards the end.
