Toast In Singapore🍞
Pillowy soft French toast drench with whipped, maple and chopped strawberries. 🍞🍓🍯
Damn, that lava flow is nasty. 🙀 The charcoal toast is good on its own too. However having it together w the light green milk tea filling, felt that this didn't work quite well hence would suggest going for the original toast. Anyway, #meetandmelt be moving to Scape on 17th July. 🍞
Matcha Toast $12.90, topped with a scoop of matcha gelato and azuki at the side. Toast was buttery but a tad too sweet to me, seems like sugar was added within the toast because we could feel the crunch in every bite. Matcha ice cream was light & bland otherwise it would make a good toast. 🍞🍵 Anyway having the real deal tmr in bkk!
Fancy French $16, filled with fig jam within the French toast, then drizzled w ume-boshi infused honey, topped w fresh grapes, plums and homemade hazelnut butter. Wiped off this crusty French toast in no time. 🍞
🍞 We had the rocher toast which comes with chocolates, hazelnut waffle biscuits, fudge sauce and scoops of vanilla ice cream.
Nicely buttered toast with a crisp exterior and soft within. The amount of butter was just nice for me while some may like it more. Anyway, congrats on your opening @shiberty! 🍰
Shibuya Toast $10 topped with an ice cream flavour of our choice, we had earl grey lavender. The brick toast was moist and buttery within, the different temperatures of the ice cream and hot toast eaten together was fuh good. #doublescoopssg
The homemade coconut ice cream turns out refreshing and enjoyable.

I was pleasantly surprise at how soft and buttery the toast is, while still being crispy on the surface. The toast was overall buttery enough for me. Though nothing comes close to matching them to After You's Shibuya Toast, but imho this is one of the better ones I had in sg, not even from Dazzling. 😉
The toast is crisp and buttery enough as a whole. I would say one of the better shibuya toast around locally. 🍞
