Sacrilegious, but I found this better than our Hainanese brown kaya. Redolent with coconut and not cloyingly sweet, you'll mop up every bit and still want more.

Texture-wise, this was perfect - distinct layers of cream and crepe were a delight in the mouth. Wished the Thai milk tea scent was more 'gao' (stronger) to hit that sensory note.
