Café Crawler Singapore
Tucked away in cosy rooftop, La Ristrettos is perfect for a lovely morning breakfast or brunch. Had the Sweet Pancakes with caramel and vanilla gelato ($9) and aromatic Chai Latte ($6) infused with spices. Good service, good food, good breezy ambience. This cafe is quickly becoming my Saturday morning favourite!
One of the finest cafes with the best ambience. What I liked - the original rustic laid back cafe, innovative menu with local flavours, ample space. What I didn't like - a little expensive and the rose latte was very innovative but too much for a cup and didn't go well with the food :(
Just because they have 100 stores in Singapore now doesn't mean that they can't surprise you. Try Hibiscus lemon iced tea $5.80 whenever the tropical heat needs to be handled with tall cup of rejuvenation.
What's better than coffee? Coffee with chocolate. What's better than coffee and chocolate? Coffee, chocolate and Hazelnut! And a good one I have had recently? At Three Cups Coffee Co. $6.5 for a large cup of full bodied goodness.
I had been waiting to try this for months!! And boy did it live up to the expectations. The coffee ($8) as good as it can be but the experience of a kawai creature floating on the coffee is amazing. Felt bad drinking the cute thing's paw with the last sip though 😢
Loads of options for both beverages and food is what sets Craftsman apart from the rest of your regular cafe. With quick service on a busy Saturday morning they earn brownie points. A little on the steeper side when it comes to cost but completely worth it.
What do you get when you add coconut oil, lemon grass and butter to your coffee? A coffee that can bite bullets! Loved the twist and the subtitles of the flavor.
Also recommend the ginger lemon mint tea. Mint can seem slightly overpowering at first but watch it grow on you!
My first experience with Viet Coffee ($6.5) and I underestimated how strong a coffee it can be! Watching it drip, bit by bit is fun. Sipping it wasn't as fun. I need to strengthen my caffeine palate before I come back for it again.
Seems like the perfect café for us as a couple. I love coffee and he loves comics and we spent an hour there. And ordered coffee and pancakes with the characters drawn on them. Yay! To being a child again. Will recommend this café for being true to the theme. The food and service is fairly mediocre though.
Waited for half an hour with our empty cups for the waitress to get the cheque. And now waiting from 15 minutes for her to get the card back. Super sloppy service. It's awesome to have good coffee and muffin, but the zzz service was a serious turn off.
How do you eat a piece of love? Took a while to order this Mango Mousse($6) from Bakerzin's gorgeous selection and then spent a while feasting my eyes on it. And yes it was as tasty as it looks!
Café feels French, coffee tastes robusta Brazilian. L'etoile is one of those quaint café that sits quietly on the roadside drawing you towards it with all its charm. Sit back, order an oreo cheesecake ($5), some espresso ($4) or an iced tea ($5) if it is too hot, and feel yourself smiling pleasantly.
