Food Hunt In Busan, Korea

Kyochon Chicken is one of the best available. Honey Mix (krw17000 for 24 pieces) consist of wings, drumlets and drums, that's pipping hot and crispy but still retain the juiciness of the chicken. It's so addictive that you can't help but keep reaching for it!

There's a wide variety of Samgyetang which you can chose from! We settled for the original (krw14000) and Red Ginseng Samgyetang (krw19000) whereby portion are huge and it's a challenge to finish even for the 5 of us. But the tender chicken, sticky rice and strong ginseng taste, make it a treat for a cold night~

Seafood Jeon (krw10000) is made of freshly chopped green onions, seafood and a thin flour batter mix before pan-fried. Crispy pancake dipped in the choganjang (vinegar and soy sauce) bring out the flavour of jeon~

As we were walking around Nampodong area we happened to see 뻥's 크림, a place that sells such delightful dessert. You can choose to get 2 flavours at krw4500 or 3 flavours at krw5000, and they will make it on the spot. I feel that the Matcha can be stronger and less sweet, but strawberry was just great with bits of strawberries in it.

Here there are many seafood stores that you can choose from and enjoy the sashimi or freshly cooked seafood at a cheap price. We decided to get the raw octopus and other delicacies to try. It was a unique experience!

We had dinner late at a BBQ place near our apartment. The samgyeopsal (krw6000 for 150g) is cheap and juicy, but we might had one too many drinks ☺️
