Had this piece of Kagoshima wagyu tenderloin that was wrapped in straw then baked in a salt crust before being seared on the grill to finish. Served with yuzu miso paste, popped rice and shaved truffle. So melt in the mouth.

Ate too much brown food again. Thank goodness for the heirloom tomatoes and the burratina cheese. The pumpkin flatbread was most delish, so was the chocolate pizza and the beef selection and the chacuterie platter. The food at the newly opened Ash & Elm didn't disappoint.
