SD's A-List Cafes
By chance because of a wrong turn in ECP, we ended up in this cafe. Thank god, thatās best decision we made! Italian meatball is not outstanding but quinoa is perfectly done with sauerkraut. The āpig and eggā is outstanding!! Molten egg on toasted buttered bread and it goes so well as dip for the fried crispy pork. Brown butter cake is too sweet to my liking. Coffee is Good too. I would certainly come back again.
We had āChicken riceā couscous and Hae Bee HIAM š„ croissant sandwich pair off with ginger and coco latte. Coco latte has surprise hint of gula melaka and not sweet which i like. Literally can taste the strong āchicken riceā in couscous wherea i found the croissant slightly wet and oily, prob due to HBH. Croissant can be more crispy. I like the comfortable lighting which is why i saw many people reading/working in the cafe.
The name of cafe immediately caught my attention and It was one of my best choice. They serve instagrammable and tasty avocado toasties. I can have a few plates of it! Coffee is good too though the truffle fries didnt hit my standard. Be prepare to wait as the cafe can get very crowded.
First heard about this cafe on TV and finally found a day to check out this cafe. Itās located in the retail section of a condominium, which has a huge car park. Food is good, which i personally like the mac & cheese quesadillas- best to be shared. Coffee is smooth that blend with slight nutty aftertaste.
Always passed by and seeing long queue, finally know why it's getting such attention when i came early ard 9am. Had the super bowl, salmon soba, butterscotch banana pancake... oh boy! They all taste sooo GOOD! Salmon is semi-cooked at the right texture. Super bowl has all ingredients blended so well to give u Umph! trust me u want to have it again. The thick pancake is crispy on the outside and soft in the inside, good for 3-4 person sharing else it can be too sweet for one person to consume it. Coffee is normal but i give thumb up for their food and service.
Love the coffee which is just right with sweet aftertaste. Pizza is thin crust and for indulge, you gotto try the apple wood pork belly!
If you are around beach road, visit this cafe for smooth cuppa of joe. Waffle is crispy, smorgatan has refreshing combi of ingredients and ray's ben comes with yummy pulled pork top off with melted yolk from poached egg! š
The kind of breakfast that never fail to put a smile on my face!
So far the only cafe where you'll see them roasting their own bean. If you are a coffee drinker, a place not to be missed! Note they do not serve any food.
Love the settings, free flow of alphabetic cookies and coffee. Service was slow considering it's weekend. Simply nostalgic!
One more day to the long weekend! One more day to brunch!šāš»ļø
