As some of you might know, i moved to a new neighborhood and here's the 1st gem i found here: Fried Prawn Mee!
Fragrant wok-fried mee with prawns and pork! Top it with some chili padi and VIOLA! It's so good i had it for dinner 2 days in a row.
Pro tip: dabao this and you'll get bigger portion with more prawns! 🙈 such cheapo.

Pork..pork.. PORK! 🐷😋
Waited for about 2 hrs to catch this latest craze: Pork Belly Burger from @hambaobao. 🤗 Tbh, They're slayin' roasted pork game -- slaying em good! Tasty-crispy fats with tender meat, dressed with english mustard, and cucumber slices. I'd still go for it even if it's served like normal roasted pork rice.
Wasn't as impressed with their Spicy Pulled Pork and Ayam Buah Keluwak -- i guess there's a reason ☝that up there is their best seller.
Ps. Come on weekdays, u might be able to enjoy it sans-Q

Finally gathered the will and decided to go all the way to lorong chuan. Feasted over stingray, oysters, carrot cake, popiah, chicken wings, fried rice, and 3 HUGE ASS sugarcane juices. 😊
Overall experience was okay. Food was pretty decent, not bad [was not that awesome either]. I'd say the travel was quite... long. Will i come back? Perhaps to try other eateries. For this particular one? 🙊 not sure.

Located in a humble hawker centre, it's truly a hidden gem. Crispy outer, soft inside, and that sweet chilli paste on top? 😍😍 naizzz. And oh! Did i mention it's only $3.00 per portion? FYI, that's the avg price of carrot cake here. So, why opt for mundane carrot cake when u can have micherlin-guide one on the same price! 😂
Thanks to Burpple [@that_dex @rainraineeataway] we get to skip the 45mins queue! ✌😏

On this chilly day, one can find comfort in a bowl of good HK congee. And other tasty dimsum
Run by a chef who moved all the way from Hong Kong, this stall serves restaurant quality with hawker price! [Not to mention everything you eat would be freshly made that day itself]
Thanks to @Burpple, on yesterday's #TastyTastemakerTour we also learnt that back in HK, one of the way to test if a congee is in the right density is to mix everything and see if it can hold the spoon straight up -- while it still taste like a congee, of course 😂
Now if you know me long enough -- I'm not a congee person. I mean i can eat one, but it won't be my 1st choice. Yet i can say this one was naizzzz! 👌
Another must try(s) are their siew may, and dumplings. So good i'll definitely come back for more. Ps. Come early cause they're breakfast-lunch kinda place. 😏 #Burpple

A hidden hip-hawker-gem run by youngsters. No wonder they know what youngsters needs -- cheap and good food [more like everyone's fav, huh? 😂] Honestly, I've always liked my waffle classic -- hot, crispy-fluffy, with mapple syrup. Never thought it works with fried chicken and fries on top too!! 💕💕💕 will definitely come back. [Also cause It's only 5 bus stops away 😁]

Personal thought, share this plate of wonder. Might not look like it, but it's A LOT. 🙈
