Bad Experience

This was Shinkansen reply to the uncooked chicken.. What can I say? I cook and I know the difference between what's cooked and uncooked...

Ordered the Shin Osaka bowl from Shinkansen at United Square. The chicken came to me not well cooked. Only half cooked... So I returned it to ask for it to be cooked thoroughly... After 3 minutes or so it was served to me in this state... Still not well cooked... So I didn't bother to ask for it to be cooked again as I was very displeased with the attitude of its chef... He should have ensure the chicken was properly cooked before serving it to me... It just shows how Bo chap he is. Please Burpple have this post shared... Eating uncooked chicken can lead to contamination... I don't want others to have same experience as me... Worse if this is served to a kid... Omg!!
