What a delight - crunchy crust, thin but chewy centre. Chocolate syrup is a thick, silky goo. Banana compote is just a little tangy and nicely balanced.

Ice cream is made to order with liquid nitrogen throwing its frosty fumes all over the worktop. The result is ice cream with tiny, rapidly frozen ice crystals - fine and smooth.

Unremarkable until several mouthfuls in. Deeply smoky and malty rice crisps work beautifully with a smooth azuki paste. The green tea soft serve itself is... Okay I guess.

It's adequate. Brownies are sickly sweet, it all gets a bit too much. Stick to the pat or injeolmi bingsu.

I come, I eat, I write. Mostly in that order.
