Pad Thai @ random shop house opposite gold hill plaza.
So one day we decided to explore outside of ttsh and randomly chanced upon this Thai place that had a pretty doubtful mishmash of cuisines in their menu. Turns out, they sell pretty awesome Thai food :) This pad thai is awesome! It's wonderfully sweet and spicy. The noodles are moist yet at the same time dry enough to stay distinct, springy and fresh. Contrasted with the crunchy peanut bits and fresh brean sprouts, this makes for the perfect lunch time chow.
PS: the Thai milk tea was pretty rad as well :) Too bad though I think this place has closed down :(
