This places is known to serve authentic Vietnamese cuisine so naturally I would go for their beef pho. The broth packed a bunch of flavors, on top of it there was tons of vegetables, herbs, and meat. Pho itself was smooth, at the same time it had quite an amount of thickness, much thicker than the kway tiao we all know of. It was a little overwhelming for me at first because the beef taste was so strong but diners who love beef pho would approve. I like the side of the soup which has an egg inside, silky smooth when consumed and also neutralizes the taste of the beef broth for a short while.
