Kara-Uma Ramen - Springy noodles soaked in chilli oil laden pork flavoured shoyu broth and a slice of thick-cut grilled chashu. Rich and bursting with umami goodness! I love it!

The level of spiciness was just right for me but if you can't take spicy food, go for their non-spicy ramen. Skip the egg though. Save your $2 and calories on an egg with overcooked yolk.
