Sawadee Thai
Though it was a bit dry but the generous portion of crabmeat was more than compensated for the overall rating. đź‘Ťđź‘Ť is my rating for it. Rice was not meshed together and almost each grain was coated with egg. The tiny bits of salted fish added flavor to the rice. I'd have given it 3 đź‘Ť if not for the rice being a bit too dry. Still worth the try if you like fried rice.
When the dish arrived I was quite disappointed as the wings looked skinny and dry. Then as I munched on them I realized they were great. Great because they tasted yummy as they were marinated with the Thai fish sauce yet not too savory. And there's only just one bone hence you don't need to tear off the other bone to eat it. Really great snack for beer or just an appetizer. đź‘Ťđź‘Ťđź‘Ť
What a cleaver idea! If you like Thai tea and toast with kaya then this is definitely for you. The toasted cubes are toasted with butter. The Thai tea kaya though not too thick nor creamy is still full of Thai tea flavor. It's a definite good breakfast or tea break. Posted by Ah Leong San 2015 October 14
Very authentic Thai milk tea. Refreshingly nice. Posted by Ah Leong San 2015 September 10
Usually this dish is covered with coconut milk but this eatery separates it on a dish so the customers can choose to eat it anyway they like. The mango is sweet, sticky rice is warm and sweet covered with crispy rice. Combined the sticky rice with mango and the coconut milk the result is good. Really delicious.
If you love very spicy tom yam soup you'd love this. I like it for its spicy soup, fresh and crunchy prawns and the bee hoon that soaked up the tom yam well. Sawadee shiok.
What's great to me is the fact that this restaurant can make this tea less sweet. Taste and flavor remain and healthier for me. Great!
