This was literally gold. The skin is ultra crispy (you can literally hear a crunch when you bite down), well seasoned and not oily and the inside is so soft and velvety smooth, it melts away inside your mouth.

Uh oh, there goes my diet with a trip to KL. One of my mother's favourite restaurants in KL is Mdm Kwan's. The flavourful, melt-in-your-mouth Rendang, spicy hei bee hiam Sambal Kang Kong and the insanely guilty, QQ Char Kway Teow that reeks of wok hei. We're beyond satisfied (:
