My Coffee Adventure
I can't tell much of the subtleties but surprisingly this was my least favourite coffee out of the lot. The coffee was flat and slightly bitter. Thankful for the milk content in my flat white to balance it out.
This is a strong blend, one of the strongest that I've tasted here in Melbourne, with a note of cereal in the aftertaste.
Super popular coffee joint for the local business crowd, most people grabbing their takeaways. Had their Golden Gate blend, which had a broad body with a nutty flavour.
Coffee jumps up at you at first on the first sip, but was smooth and then settled into a chocolate note.
Beans are mainly from Brazil. Bitter on first mouth, with a slight malty/cereal aftertaste
Smooth and flat coffee. The beans are rather 'dainty' and light. Not really my preference.
South blend by Supreme, beans from Brazil and Indonesia
The staff called it a 'male bean' as it tasted strong and bold, compared to 'female beans' which are more dainty and light.
Coffee was really smooth and I liked the intensity and depth of the espresso.
Couldn't tell the difference between the flat white and cappucino >< I guess the flat white was more milky?
Coffee was not too strong with a light after taste of chocolate.
Won't start on guessing where these beans originate from cause I have no idea...
BUONA VISTA no. 2 coffee blend
Coffee origin: 60% Brazilian, 25% Costa Rican, 15% Singaporean
Tasting notes: Warm aromas of cinnamon and toffee and a dense buttery mouthfeel

Drip coffee from Bread Yard
Acidic, yet smooth
Strong "roasted" aftertaste
Blend is from El Salvador, supposedly has a fruity and sweet aftertaste which I couldn't pick out :/
A regular flat white to go.
Romeo No. 5 blend
Smooth blend, easy to drink
Thick body and strong coffee flavour
Can't taste the sweet aftertaste as the blend describes :/

"I love eating. But I hate getting fat. I love eating. But I only want to eat the best. I love eating. But I'm reluctant to spend too much." The above are a few paradoxes that describe my love-hate relationship with food. Yet at the same time they define my principles for choosing the places which I love to eat: 1) Hearty 2) Tasty 3) Worthy (of my money)
