Love how their runny egg was hidden inside that caught me in surprise. With the crispy side of the bacon bits and a well-garnished dish that I would recommend as starters!
The garden of greens, a perfect serving of healthy salad with barley and pumpkin adding along with their amazing poached egg which gave us a burst of celebration. Alongside, much love for the mixture of ingredients that does the finished work - cherry tomatoes, lettuce, toasted hazelnuts, yoghurt dressing with honey drizzled over.
Say no to cheat day! But still, a perfect brunch fare that caters to health conscious people out there!
One of the better dining options @ IPPIN Café Bar; A value for dollar Beef Steak Set [$25] – allows you to customize your own beef steak with their Japanese condiment shakes and welcoming your tastebuds with two different flavors: Wasabi Salt & Garlic Soy.
It was a lovely experience afterall.
Last night's tasting over @ippincafebar, having the warmest hospitality by Naomi & Hazel with their outstanding home-cooked Japanese food. Much love, for their Cold Yuzu Noodles from Tochigi which served with Yuzu scented sour soy sauce, greens, egg, ham, mini tofu and mini grace piece tea jelly.
On the side note, their tofu which comes with two toppings; Gyoza Dumpling & Ginger Pickles which perfectly fitted for pairings with your mains.
Thank you for hosting us!
Embarking into the brunch fare this weekend with my folks. Tell you what, this isn't just the common eggs ben you see among the cafe scenes.
What you see here, the unique localized revamped eggs ben by Head-Chef Ryan Cliff. It was served with poached chicken, spinach, diced tomatoes, sourdough and GREEN CURRY Hollandaise sauce.
How amazing could that be?!
Kith's inspired local delight adding on a little fusion mix. It was really surprising to see such item appearing on a brunch menu; unlike those common brunch items you see where most cafe serves.
Kith's Curry was rather a simple dish to begin with, it was served with mixed green salad, poached egg and not forgetting their banana leaf-wrapped rice. The banana leaf served a good purpose of it as it kept my rice warm for a longer duration than usual.
For a good starter, Lobster Velouté [$20] will never go wrong. It was so rich in flavor, and saffron rouille gave the overall experience a little creamy. Croutons makes a happy ending alittle crunchier!
Price was rather too steep for a starter, but an experience you can never have elsewhere 😋
Served: Wagyu (medium well), Ratte Potatoes, Poached Eggs, Red Onions, Chili Bearnaise & Brioche Bun.
It wasn't perfect as I didn't expect much for the standards on a peak hour during the weekends. Wagyu was rather tough than the usual, Poached eggs were overly done, Brioche was soggy and soft.
Other than that, everything was just perfect 😏
